When you access this website, our hosting infrastructure automatically records technical information: the IP address of the requesting device, date and time of the request, the requested resource, the referring page, browser type and operating system. These logs are required to deliver the website, to ensure its stability and security, and to investigate abuse. They are not merged with other data and are routinely deleted.
This website is hosted in Switzerland by Hostpoint AG (Rapperswil-Jona, Switzerland), which processes the above data on our behalf as a processor. Website and contact form data remain in Switzerland.
This website uses only one technically necessary session cookie, which protects the contact form against cross-site request forgery. It contains no tracking information and is deleted when the browser session ends. We use no analytics, advertising, or tracking services, and no consent banner is required for technically necessary cookies.
All fonts and other assets are hosted on our own server. No connection to Google Fonts, content delivery networks, or other third-party servers is established when you view this website.
If you use our contact form, we process the data you provide (name, email address, company, phone number, and your message) in order to handle your inquiry and to communicate with you. The data is stored in our database and forwarded to our mailbox by email. We keep it for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any follow-up business relationship, after which it is deleted.
To protect the form against abuse, submissions are checked locally on our server (hidden trap field, submission timing, and a per-address rate limit). No data is transmitted to third-party anti-spam services for this purpose.
If you send an SMS to our published phone number, delivery is handled by Twilio Inc. (USA) as our telecommunications provider; the sender number, timestamp, and message content are processed to receive and answer your message in an access-protected internal inbox. Twilio is certified under the Swiss–U.S. Data Privacy Framework; where personal data is transferred to the USA, an adequate level of data protection is thereby ensured.
Email sent to or from us is transmitted via our Swiss email provider (Hostpoint AG). Please note that ordinary email is not end-to-end encrypted; do not send us sensitive information by unencrypted email.
This website is delivered exclusively over an encrypted connection (TLS). We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, and misuse.
We disclose personal data only to the processors named in this policy (hosting, email, and telecommunications providers), or where we are legally obliged to do so. We do not sell personal data.
Under the FADP you have the right to request information about the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request deletion, to object to processing, and to request the release of data you have provided to us.
